Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in new condition with their tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, etc) for all returns and exchanges.
- All refunds will be made to the tender type used in the original purchase (e.g. cash, interac, credit card, gift card). If you are returning an item that was purchased for you as a gift and you have a gift receipt, the refund will be made to a gift card.
- For items purchased online, If you wish to exchange for another size/colour, we suggest you return the item and place a new order for the size/colour as this will avoid delays.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Elevate Mountain Lifestyles is not responsible for return shipping fees. We also recommend that you ship your return package with a carrier that can provide a tracking number and insurance. Elevate Mountain Lifestyles is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
- If items in your online order arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us directly.
- Return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
No returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Sale items of 30% or more
- Swimwear
- Undergarments (Excluding base layers)
- Face coverings / masks
- Fuel canisters
- Food and drinks
- Gift cards
In-store return: Products may be returned in person at Elevate Mountain Lifestyles.
Mail-in return: Products may be shipped back to our store. You are responsible for return shipping charges and insuring the shipment against loss or damage. Please do not return any products freight collect or COD, as these shipments will be refused.
